We're having baked ziti and a tossed salad. I've been wanting to try the Thai Coconut Chicken Soup from Cuisine Lite but don't have all of the fresh ingredients, so that will be another day.

Hubby is out of town this week so I am cleaning out the fridge of this and that.... Have some ripe bananas to turn into bread or muffins and a ham bone to turn into soup this week.
