Oh good Lord, these are delicous!!! A Food and Wine recipe that I have no idea how long I've had -

I wanted to use the focaccia, so added the pastrami to the mushoom mixture and sliced the cheese instead of shredded. The flavors are just wonderful and I'm not even that much of a mushroom fan. Wow.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Looks so good! They would be wonderful with my former BIL's home corned beef. Thanks! Something to try after St Paddy's Day. After the red flannel hash, of course!
