HELP - Lost a D*amn Recipe

  Re: (...)
I did a search and I guess I never posted it, but did I by chance EVER send "Roy's Spice Blend" to anyone on here?? He loves it and I made a large (spice size large) jar of it for him a year or two ago and now it's almost empty. I can't find the what I did. He's going to be so disappointed.

Was this it?

4 tablespoons salt
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
* 1/2 tablespoon dried garlic
* 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
* 1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
* 1/2 tablespoon dried fennel

1. Combine all in a Ziploc bag or shaker and mix thoroughly.

I was looking and I have the same one Denise posted. Son #2 loved it as a dipping oil.

Jean, is it your Cajun seasoning blend, the one you sent me in the mail?

It's not in one of your books, Jean? The only one I have is your taco one and the Cajun one Maryann mentioned. What does he use it on? Maybe it's buried in a recipe one of us may have?

I did find it and it is so simple, I'm embarassed that I didn't just remember it. But, for him it is perfect for his eggs and adding to his breakfast leftovrs (the only meal he's on his own to fix)

Roy's Seasoning Mix

2 parts salt
2 parts black pepper
1 part gran. garlic
1 part gran. onion

that's all it is. And, now I at least have it on here...
