Roast pork tenderloins with strawberry and rhubarb
Sweet potato fries
Crab and goat cheese ravioli
Spring pasta penne with garlic herb rolls
Italian egg drop soup
Braised corned beef
Braised Brussels sprouts
Carne asada burritos
Chorizo and potato tacos
Jicama carrot slaw

And, I just picked up some Chorizo at Trader Joes yesterday. I haven't rec'd my copy, but some good sounding dishes, Jeannette.

I should have checked the post office for OS's birthday card. Now I'm doublely sorry. Those raviolis sound awesome, for sure! And I just happen to have some crab!

Mine came today - some sound pretty interesting. But, a couple that do are so far out of the ballpark healthwise, I won't even do them!!

The Irish stew sounds good and the Pork Satay.
Cheeseburger Egg Rolls - talk about fusion...
Crab & goat Cheese Ravioli - geez, 56g of fat! 899 cal!
Chicken & Artichoke gratins together - 80g of fat and 1,091 cal.

Hmmmm, don't think so.Might give their corned beef a try for a change of pace. I feel like a party pooper....

Seriously, Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots? Fried pickles?? I am really disappointed.
