And, I just picked up some Chorizo at Trader Joes yesterday. I haven't rec'd my copy, but some good sounding dishes, Jeannette.

Don't have mine yet, but I'll be watching. It really is time to do a birthday dinner. What do you think, Daphne? It can be something easy....

Got mine today. Wow! Lots of great recipes. There's even a small section on asparagus.

Mine came today - some sound pretty interesting. But, a couple that do are so far out of the ballpark healthwise, I won't even do them!!

The Irish stew sounds good and the Pork Satay.
Cheeseburger Egg Rolls - talk about fusion...

Crab & goat Cheese Ravioli - geez, 56g of fat! 899 cal!

Chicken & Artichoke gratins together - 80g of fat and 1,091 cal.
Hmmmm, don't think so.Might give their corned beef a try for a change of pace. I feel like a party pooper....

I got mine today, too, but I left the mail in the car....hands were full. It's nasty out, so it will wait until tomorrow.

Depressing figures, Jean.

I guess I'm not the only one who noticed!

Seriously, Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots? Fried pickles?? I am really disappointed.

I've picked out the pork satay with pineapple rice and the chorizo tacos with jicama salad to make this week.
