Happy T.G.I.F. to those of you still working stiffs!! What's on the menu for today?

Using some more of Capt. Jay's fish (Red Rock Cod) and making a stir-fry.

I think we're grilling cheeseburgers and corn on the cob. I've got everything on hand, including some buns in the freezer.

We're due to have nasty weather, so I've decided to make up a pot of chicken noodle soup.

Yes, Lorraine your dinner sounds yummy!

We had a Roasted Chicken the other night, so we had Chicken Soup and crackers.

I want to make some Banana Cream Pie, Cinnabon Clones, and 8-Layer Lasagna this weekend.

We had a little welcome home party for Heather and James tonight. Holly ordered a couple of take-out pizzas and I made a huge antipasto salad. Then, we all got to see their photos from Kauai. It really does look spectacular.
