What's on the menu for today??

Roy picked up some oxtail from the discount bin a few days ago and I braised them up, so we'll have them with some polenta.

It's a gorgeous day here so we'll probably grill steaks later. Haven't made red bliss potato salad since last summer, so will probably make that.

Grilled rib-eye for Tony, grilled salmon for me, sauteed corn with basil butter and that might just be it.

I'm making Tim Love's (Ft Worth chef) beef and green chile chili. I'm thawing some Hatch chiles.

Lol grill seems to be the theme cause we're doing rib eyes too.

Appy is going to be mini peppers stuffed with herbed goat cheese with a balsamic reduction. A tossed green salad and bought some nice roasted garlic bread that I'm going to toast on the grill too.

I cleaned out the freezer finally and was told to use what I had. So it's spaghetti again.

Chicken thighs done in Provencale marinade, brown Basmati rice, and haricots vert. Oh what I would give to have a bowl of spaghetti made with white pasta!!!
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Has anyone made this? It's called a Schlow burger, from Cuisine at home. Delicious!
