What's on the menu for everyone today? Wonder what Jane is fixing for Mr. Bill...

One of our neighbors is having a 'grand opening' of his beer making shop today AND it's supposed to be a beautiful day, so we'll probably go down to the wharf and have lunch too.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

That sounds like fun! We're doing a Salad & Wine Pairing at the Winery today. He's been itching to get Chinese takeout, so that may just be it.

Speaking of that - I made French toast with buttermilk batter a few months ago and haven't done it again...........hmmmmmmm, it was really good.

Waiting for the rains so gonna grill a chicken for dinner and use the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Might even grill some Johnny cakes.

Roasted lamb and brussels sprouts not sure what the carb will be

Planning to use the leftover lamb with some Greek yougurt sauce and pitas this week

I have never had roasted lamb. I have only had lamb twice in my life. But only those little chops. Where do you get your lamb at? I've seen it at Costco but it's so expensive.
