what's on the menu for everyone today?

It's a prep day for us, so maybe something fast like a beef/asparagus stir fry.
OT Cabbage here this week is 19 cents/lb, but frankly, I think I'm cabbaged out!

We're going to have my own version of turkey burgers on whole wheat buns and coleslaw.

Lots of basil to use up so goat cheese & basil stuffed chicken. I think I'll throw some sun dried tomatoes into the mixture for a change. The last of the asparagus and yellow rice to go with.

I think leftovers will rule tonight. We've got lots of goodies!

Leftover lamb, Tzaiki sauce, lettuce tomato etc. on homemade Pitas. I like this even better than the roast lamb

Way off topic Major change of plans. he got up not feeling well. Headed to the winery, and turned back at the corner here. He was all cold and clammy. Gave him soup and crackers, he's in his chair bundled in a blanket with the heater blowing on him. so, it's more soup for him tonight. I'll go work at Tuesday's Table, and see whats on their menu. Have to get him better by tomorrow, as we have an event tomorrow night.

I hope he does too, but you know you can handle it if worse comes to worse. You and the staff will carry the day!! Good luck.
