Have you heard the news? Anthony Bourdain is leaving the Travel Channel for CNN.

I had heard that was rumored a few weeks ago, but didn't think too much about it at the time. It's probably a good thing he's moving on to something else. As much as I love travel shows, I was getting tired of his.

Same here, but it sounds like they need someone like him to help with their ratings.

I hate that. I doubt CNN will give him the freedom to be as interesting. I really liked the show shot in Lebanon when war broke out during filming. He and the crew were trapped there a couple of days--kept right on filming!!!

CNN has been steadily heading towards doom (their own fault). I doubt a cooking show will do too much to save them.
