Wow - just made a really good sandwich for our lunch. Saw it on the "Closet Cooking" page on FB.
Used my panini maker - ingredients were colby jack cheese, applewood smoked bacon, sliced tomatoes and homemade guacamole on sourdough. Nothing weird happens to the guacamole. Just delicious.

Wish I had an avocado! William brought home a whole bunch of tomatoes this morning! Sounds good!

Trixxee, that sounds delicious. I just picked my first tomato of the season tonight, so I'm sure there will be plenty more to follow very shortly. I'll be trying this for sure.
