Has anyone made the chicken lettuce wraps from the July/August issue? I am thinking that they are dinner tonight and was wondering if there is any recipe alterations I should consider. The idea sounds yummy!

Hi Kerrmi and welcome to the boards! I haven't made that one yet but if you do let us know how the come out and post some pictures!
The wraps are FABULOUS! I'll probably use ground turkey next time. Only because it will be easier and maybe a little cheaper. I used 2.5 pounds of PREMIO chicken sausage with the casings removed and adjusted the recipe accordingly. With the help of two teenage boys, we had no leftovers. There is a fair amount of chopping. With the fresh herbs it is not something that can be used as a staple. Nonetheless it is a "keeper"!
