Cleaning a coffee/spice grinder?

OK, I know I posted a tip for cleaning a coffee grinder after you used it to grind up spices and I'll be darned if I can't remember what it was (and I'm hopeless with the search function).

Does anyone remember what that tip was? Thanks!
