What's on the menu for everyone??
We're having company coming today!
Sharon & Bob and Denise & Derek. I'm so looking forward to having them all. We're going to have kind of a tasting menu when they arrive. We need help enjoying all these pork belly dishes I've been making.

I'm going to try Ina's recipe for Perfect Roasted Chicken with vegetables.
Sounds like a fun time in PA today! Wish we could be there!

Maryann I have done that recipe several times. The only note I made was I cranked the heat up the last few min to crisp up the skin a bit more. But it is yummy

Champagne is chilling - pork belly dishes are coming along and I'm havin' fun.
Oh how I wish you all could be here too - especially disappointed that the merry three Washingtonians - Marye had to go back to her brothers and Erin and Blane had to miss it also - but we'll think of ya'all!!
