I just discovered this series and thought I'd share. For those of you that have an iPhone or iPad, iTunes U has the entire series form Harvard's class on Science and Cooking. It has lectures from all the big names such as AdriĆ , Achatz, Andres, Dufresne, McGie, etc. They are free.
