Wow, Dec. 7th - a day which will live in infamy...
What's on the menu for everyone today?
We're having Crab Louis - were going to have them yesterday, but we went out to dinner with Roy's oldest daughter and her boyfriend - Taco Temple here in Morro Bay. Good Lord, the portions at this place.
I had a Calamari taco and brought home at least 2/3 of it - so maybe we'll have a calamari 'louis' today instead.

Why they had to add the fries on the plate is beyond me. But, it all was delicious!

Now doesn't that look YUM!!!! I'm doing Jean's Asian tenderloin recipe---YUP!!! The pork is marinating and a critique tomorrow---it sure does look great though---we shall see. I'm adding a Chinese soft noodle as a starch even though we don't need one but I think Peter is a bit hungry with his recent diet changes (AGAIN!!!). All is prepped and ready to go-----

Just remember, Roxanne, originally this was a
C@H recipe for the pork. These ideas won't all be original, just remakes and matching with sides and wines. Hope you enjoy.

We bought a turkey yesterday (he is determined to make a Turkey Fatty). Roasted the bones and made a stock overnight, so Turkey Soup today. Salad for me, cornbread for the others.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Lorraine, could you take some pictures while he is making the fatty? I would love to see it.
Tonight we are having Cheeseburger Soup and the Chopped Salad side. Can't wait!

I am just not feeling good at all today - I guess I have what Michael had and what is going around. I might have to put my steak goulash on hold and pick up some wor wanton soup and an entree from our favorite chinese place tonight.

Oh Trixxee not good! Get some Zicam in ya. That stuff cuts my colds in half.
Tonight it will be calzones. I have two extra balls of pizza dough and some odds and ends in the freezer.
