Okay, so it's really not supposed to accumulate more than an inch, but I can't remember the last time it snowed Christmas Eve. What a beautiful sight!!
And the local jeweler has to be worried. Every year, Anthony Jewelers takes out a Lloyd's of London insurance policy that, it you buy your jewelry on Thanksgiving weekend and it snows 1" or more on Christmas Day, your purchase is free.
I don't think Anthony has anything to worry about, but I love it! It's just beautiful!
Merry Christmas to All!!

It's snowed here yesterday, didn't stay on the ground long, but sure was nice while it lasted. I woke up to a different "White Christmas" this morning, fog so thick I couldn't see the back yard.
Practice safe lunch. Use a condiment.

Well, it didn't stay through the night, but it was really neat while it lasted.

Ours lasted through the night and it's supposed to snow today. Nothing will stop us smoking our lovely Teres Major and duck legs. Maybe I'll lightly smoke the breasts and then pan roast.
ETA: It's snowing!
