I got some sushi making supplies for Christmas. Today I tried my hand at it. It didn't turn out half bad I think! Haven't tried raw fish yet...but we had fun.

I love making sushi - I just wish Roy enjoyed it more. He's coming along, slowly but coming along.

That sushi is beautiful and the presentation is stunning.
I love making sushi - but I cannot stand the taste of the nori. Love the raw tuna and salmon though. I saw a cooking show the other day that used "tapioca" paper (spring roll wrapper) instead. I think I'll try that.
