What's on the menu for today??

and, today is Nat'l Popcorn Day

On the road to Fredricksburg/Kerrville and I have some anemic steak to use for leftovers today.

Macs 'n Cheese. It's been an exhausting week at work. Went to bed at 8 last night right after a nice soak in the Jacuzzi.

We are having recipe from C@H, an older one from issue 55. It's called Smoky Grits soufflé with shrimp Creole. This will be my first time making it and it looks so good we are pretty excited about it
Has anyone tried it I would love to hear what you think
