What's on everyones menu for today?

Roy's Jambalaya Penne dish was so huge, I added a few goodies (chopped clams, little more sauce, etc.) and divided it up. Had half last night and will have the other half today. Travel day again for a one niter in Lake City, FL.

Had a couple of surprises yesterday while making reservations in this area (Lake City) - one park is a Nudist colony.....and one allows absolutely no liquor on the property... hmmmm, movin' on.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

I'm doing pizzas....goat cheese and regular meat and cheese.

Talk about two extremes! Too funny!

Didn't make our Pioneer Woman Enchiladas yesterday... So today, that is what I will make.

We just had too many leftovers to clean up.

Sounds fun, Cis!

I'm feeling a little better today but totally drained. Just the thought of straightening up the kitchen and doing a load of laundry seems overwhelming so we're having the easy, logical choice for dinner. Grilled rib-eyes, a baked potato and a simple salad.

The discussion about cauliflower pizza peaked my interest, so that will be dinner today.

Well after another day of being called in to work for 7 1/2 hours, it's something simple - fresh cheese raviolis and sausage.
