Not enough superlatives without my thesaurus - wonderful food and it was great to spend an evening with old friends.

Amuse Bouche – Beet puree with Mascarpone and thyme

Curry Tortilla soup – forgot to take picture. One of the 2 favorites of the night.

Monk fish liver, ponzu sauce, pickled cauliflower & onions and red peppers

These next 3 were a course unto themselves and presented on a long divided plate – on the left was Lemon Grass foie sorbet

Pan fried foie gras

Foie gras torchon – the other favorite of the night. Chef Josh bruleed the top and it can even be served as a dessert he said. It was wonderful!!

What a fabulous evening! I'm not sure which dish I'd like to try the most. I'd really love to give Posh a try some day.

Wow, what a menu! Josh puts things together that many of us would never think of and so beautifully done. I would love to go there some day when we finally get to travel.

My biggest surprise since I'm just learning to really, enjoy foie gras was how much I liked the monkfish liver - it was so very tasty!

That's the one that caught my eye. And even though I don't eat dessert that often, the deconstructed lemon pie sure got my attention!
