We have two breasts left of the Zinnerman's chicken. I would like to use that today in some sort of a dish but I'm stumped. Somebody point me in the right direction

Blane's mini meatball lasagna looked so good yesterday that I'm going to try it for the first time today. I already have my own marinara sauce defrosting so I won't be following the recipe exactly. Will just have to wear a glove on my right hand.

How's the weather there? If it's cold, how about chicken and cheese tortellini soup?

How many did that one chicken have? Was this some kind of mutant chicken?
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

Or white chili? My daughter makes it all the time and I love it, but unfortunately, Ron prefers the traditional kind.

We will be having grilled burgers tonight with a cup of split pea soup. I have a double batch of "grandmother's bread" rising, so will make two small loaves and a couple of buns.

Chicken and Leek Cassolette
Chicken burritos with black beans & pepper Jack

Sesame chicekn pasta salad
Triscuit Turkey/chicken club.

All above from a little book, "I Have LEFTOVERS, What Do I Do Now?"

Trixxee, a great shortcut for that lasagna is to sauté the meat mixture and spoon it into the pan. It takes forever to roll those little 1/2 teaspoon meatballs. I also used sliced mozzarella instead of shredded.

Tonight we're having NY strip steak with brandy mushroom sauce and a side of asparagus ($1.99lb).

I think spaghetti tonight. I have some burger I need to use and all the other stuff. It's still chilly here so it sounds really good

God help me I really would like to make this Don't Look!

Now . . . aren't you sorry you looked?
