Did anyone else see this one? Jean, this looks/sounds like something you have made. (or should )

Don't think I have, but it's saved, that's for sure. Sounds really good!

Jean, the last time I purchased miso paste, I didn't use it fast enough and had to throw it out. Do you think I could make ice cubes with it like I do for tomato paste and pesto?

I can't wait to try this recipe, but have to get the miso paste first. For anyone who doesn't love brussel sprouts, I'm betting this recipe would work with green beans as well.

I don't think it works. I hope Denise sees this one - I split my miso with her when we met up at New Years and she tried to freeze some of it, I think and I don't believe it works. The pkg. is still in my fridge. Guess I'd better look at it.

Hi sorry I'm late. No it won't freeze. It get colder than when in the fridge, but still pliable. Jean gave me 1/2 of hers and I froze it in 2 Tbs portions back in January. I will admit I used some last month and it was fine not sure how long it will last though, but being that its fermented it should last a while.

Hmmm, guess I'll just have to find more uses for it, then. Thanks for the info. Guess I'll just keep it in the fridge.
