What's on the menu for everyone today??
Had a pkg. of Italian steak in the freezer (from grilling book) so we'll have in a sandwich and also the rustic potato salad, I made 1/2 a batch yesterday. Easy dinner today.

We will be having leftover jerk chicken and fresh steamed broccoli. I'm thinking that chicken will be really good at room temp.

I let William make me a good burger and fries. He is too good to me. He knows the stress I'm under. We don't talk about it, but he knows. Today, he texted me on my way home that the deck and wine were waiting on me.

Daphne, What a sweet, sweet man!
Not much here. Salmon burgers and tatertots! Maybe a salad to make it all seem ok.

We did spring rolls (homemade) with standard Chinese mustard and sweet and sour sauce using rice wrappers. (we Iike regular better). We also used Ming Sai's plum sauce under his Poblano brand. HOT as h#ll. We got as a gift at a brunch he hosted in LA. Absolutly a delightful chef!
