Italian Steak sandwich and rustic potato salad.
Great flavors and really very good with a Columbia valley (WA) Reisling.

Since I had a small pkg. of the steak and only making 2 sandwiches, I 1/4'd the 'puree' for the sandwich and still had way to much and I didn't like it well enough to play with. But, the combination of the flavors of both recipes were really very good.
