Does
C@H have a good Pho recipe? Or do any of you have a good tried and true Pho recipe? The kids are very interested in Pho and I am not sure I know what a good pho even tastes like. I wanted to make Pho with them.
Thanks.

I love Pho, too and haven't made it for a long time.

Erin, you will have a lot of fun making Pho. It may seem like a lot of ingredients, but the flavors all work together to create something wonderful.
Although I have made it a few times, this is one of those meals that you never quite forget the first time you have it in a really good Vietnamese restaurant.

We found a really really good Vietnamese restaurant in Moses. I think we'll go for the Pho the next time we go there. It's right across the street from my Chiro - tomorrow I have an appointment . . . heh heh heh heh!
