The noodle salad - from cooking.com forum a while back, but I don't have a name.
12 oz. linguine
2 cups snow peas, cut in thirds
1 carrot, julienned
1/2 cup chopped green onions
---------
Dressing:
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 T. rice vinegar
2 1/2 T. sesame oil
2 1/2 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Cook pasta and add carrots and snowpeas during the last 3 minutes.
Drain well.
combine dressing ingred. stirring til sugar and salt dissolve.
Mix all together and serve at room temp.

Great flavors!!

Oh great, now I'm craving Buffalo wings! And Buffalo wing pizza sounds even better.

Thanks for the noodle salad recipe. I love those kind of recipes.

My plan is a Smoked Salmon Pie from "Pacific Northwest Flavors" and asparagus.

My "boys" are at the grocery store - so I have no idea . . . they cannot be trusted to stick to my plans. Right now I've got a splitting headache - so they could convince me of anything.

I have a 5lb rib roast in the oven. Love this recipe where you cook it for an hour, turn the oven off for 3 hours and back on again to finish heating thru. Will serve it with a dill cream sauce, roasted cauliflower and some garlic bread.
