What's on the menu for everyone today?
I baked some ribs the other day,so will finish on the grill and frill (or grill  )our first zucchini from the garden!

If the sun peeks out, we will be grilling burgers with all the trimmings! (Trying to make them look like Blane's burgers  ...Praying for sunshine!!!!!!!!!

Funny! Actually I googled 'how to frill a zucchini' and it came up as 'grill', so I figured it out. I thought you had some new, awesome way to do zucchini!

My friend made this Food & Wine recipe (by Grace Parisi so Jean would probably like it) and the picture looked so good. Probably another salad (been in a salad kick lately) and some yellow rice.

Comfort food day here. Pork chops with scalloped potatoes, mushroom soup and baked in the oven. Frozen peas and applesauce for sides.
