What's on the menu for everyone today??
Bob & Roy are going out to play golf at 8 a.m and after 9 holes they'll come in for a pizza/bubbly brunch. One - chicken, One - sausage but not sure what all will top them.
Sharon & Bob are on dinner duty - don't know what they'll come up with.

I'm not sure - after 12:00pm I am as free as a bird....maybe we'll go out for sushi and celebrate the whole family having completed 8th grade. LOL.

I think we should run in to the Mexican Restaurant and find some wonderful goodies to make a great dinner.

Small Retirement Party for Steve tonight.
We smoked pork and Chickens. Sliders, beans, pea salad, lemon cole slaw,
Beer and wine. Wish the weather was just a little nicer...

Have fun, Erin!! Sounds like a tasty menu.
We're trying a chicken recipe from Fine Cooking I've had on the back burner for years:
Tea Smoked Chicken Salad with Coriander and Pickled Onions. I've never used brown sugar to smoke, and truthfully, the smoking packet smelled a lot more like burnt sugar than jasmine tea. I'm interested to see what it tastes like.

We just got back from the Mexican restaurant. Carne Asada tacos, grilled onions, peppers, and squashes. Fresh corn tortillas, cotijia cheese, and crema. Mango for dessert.
Maybe Jean and Roy would like a Margarita.
