What's on the menu for everyone today??
We're having spicy beef wraps for mid-day and maybe some sourdough pancakes for dinner - it's another soggy day up here.

Still a single mom....I made a real quick and easy pasta sauce last night so will probably just have that over some angel hair and will probably saute a chicken breast, piccata style.
Michael will have leftover angel hair and carrot sticks.

We're going to have Coke-brined chicken again. Just couldn't get enough of it last time we made it. Will probably put some baking potatoes on the grill as well. Going to make a brussel sprout dish from the Silver Spoon.

Happy birthday Derek!
I am still soooo NOT hungry (pigged out on Chicken Mole Enchiladas at lunch), but Jeff wants to grill burgers tonight and he even bought a tomato (he hates tomatoes)! For desert, sliced peaches and raspberry sherbet.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
