What's on the menu for eveyone today??
We're having a very simple pizza - mushrooms and onions. Still being good.

Since it's just me and Cricket, and I have just enough left over, I'm having Korean Beef again. It was soooo good! I used flank steak sliced super thin and put it in my FoodSaver Marinate box for 24 hours. Melt in your mouth!

Maryann, the steak sauce is reducing right now, steaks are seasoned and ready to go. I'll come back later and write a review. Fingers crossed!

Smoking a steak at a low temp. sounded interesting to me also - anxious to hear. I'll use my new ittle smoking gadget on the grill. I sure like it.
