Tony brought home two of these today from Costco. I don't think I have ever made them. Would they be good on the grill? Any suggestions on a marinade or anything like that? Thanks in advance!

I love veal chops! Grilling is my favorite way. I'm a purist when it comes to veal or lamb, a little olive oil and salt and pepper is all I do. You can jazz it up by topping with an herb compound butter when they're through cooking.
