This one is really nifty! A SST Electric Garlic Roaster
I have a large oven and I don't like heating it up for such small items and this garlic roaster heats up immediately and roasts the garlic in 27 minutes. I had large bulb, but probably could fit 3 at a time of smaller, but this is so non-messy, I probably won't take the time to do larges batches anymore at all.

Well, I just have to get one of those! Just put it on my wish list along with a handheld blender. The one I have is worthless. The wish list makes it easy for the family.

I love this! I totally agree about heating the house in the summer just to roast some garlic. I usually just do without
