I'm working on stuffed cabbage. Some for dinner, some to freeze.

Oh that sounds good. I am not sure. I have a lovely recipe from F&W for Milk Braised Pork Chops - but I work noon to 6 and I won't have time. Sooooo . . . something with pork chops.

I think Tony pulled out some frozen marinara and meatballs. So far he is doing pretty good holding down the fort. Got Michael breakfast...packed his lunch and got him to school. And brought me coffee in bed. Next up laundry!

I'm baaack! Sorry it's been so long. We've been busy!
Tonight's dinner was
Asian Chicken and Cabbage Salad. We were missing fresh veggies in our travels, so this really hit the spot. It's delicious!

Another day when everythng sounds so good. The W.W. pasta, chickpea & fennel salad was pretty good - nice flavors, but needed a little kick. Don had a jar of Grandma Chong's Salsa-Que (that R & I fell in love with) that we added and made the salad very good!!
The salsa-que is available at Whole Foods, but I'm going to look for it here -
