I did Blane's dinner tonight. I am saving my review for the 4th. However, I just wanted to mention 2 things for anyone who hasn't worked with cherry tomatoes or jalapeños.

Cherry tomatoes, this time of year can result in the skins separating from the flesh and can be very chewy. I used an immersion blender before adding the jalapeños.

The recipe calls for 2 tsp of minced jalapeños. This is about a half of one medium to large size pepper. No need to buy more than one, unless you want to use it someplace else.

But you all will have to wait till the 4th for the full review and picture.
