What's on the menu for everyone today??
Chicken wings and fries for us.
Went to the movies last night - Last Vegas. I haven't laughed so hard in a long time!! The humor is so all of us and we've either done or said almost everything in that movie!! (Or, maybe wished we had...............
)

We have leftover chicken, so I'm thinking of doing a stir-fry with a side of rice, but that could change...

I am smoking a small 4lb flat cut brisket. It's the oddest darn shape I've ever seen.
With it will be potatoes fried in duck fat and a salad of various greens

I feel your pain Lorraine! I saw a tiny little duck in the freezer at a store the other day . . . $19!
Tonight is pizza. I found some beautiful Italian bulk sausage the other day so that was the inspiration.
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
