After yesterday's excess and a full brunch of sausage, grits, and eggs, it will probably be something light. Although, we did use the abundance of egg whites to lighten up the eggs.

Grilled jerk chicken, pineapple rice, baby greens salad.

Salami sandwiches for lunch. Tony finally got to this really popular Italian market and bought several kinds.

I was telling the kids about the Coke Brined Chicken while ago, and that became dinner. We'll just have a salad on the side.

Congratulations, Denise! (and Trixxee, I wish you're comment wasn't so true!!)

We had the C@H Chicken Diane that someone (Trixxee??) mentioned recently, but they made Steak Diane. We enjoyed it with chicken, but I think the sauce might have been better with beef.

Lol well I wish had lost weight but seems it's sticking to me better than cling wrap and duct tape. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. But being more conscious about snacks and what we're eating. The main reason for the last week is I have a big blood test tomorrow and figured for 1 week I would eat really good and no alcohol.
