Denise if you have any of your stash of Wenatchee Cider left, I just read a blurb in an old F&W magazine that suggests -

Matching cider to charcuterie platters!!! darn, would have loved to try that with you and Derek.

Thought you'd like to know.

Derek and I have 1 bottle left. I think we may have to order some soon. Found a nice one at Costco, but they mainly use apple juice concentrate. Snow Drift Cider company uses fresh apples they grow there in their orchards.

I didn't see that article in my mag. I'll pull it up on my iPad and see if I can look that up. Thanks!!
