Re: (...)
What's on the menu for everyone today?
My refrigerator is finally empty except for 1/2 a Butternut squash, so I think I'll make a light sq/couscous (or quinoa) dish and maybe a bowl of Maryann's Cauliflower soup for later. Nice healthy day.

Tonight I am making the Milk Braised Porn Roast from last month's issue. I believe that Debbie Foodiewife posted a couple of pics and it looked really great.
I am going to make the polenta too! Should be a good dinner. I will report back!

Mmm, "porn" roast.
Let us know how it turns out Laura - have always been curious about milk braised pork. Karyn - did you ever make it?
I think I'm just going to pick up a cheese pizza from Papa John's. Michael and I have to go to a 6:30pm meeting at school for freshmen to go over their 4 year plan and what graduation requirements are and Tony's in San Fran so no point in making a big mess cooking.

I'm doing something with pork tenderloin today, possibly Winter Pork Stew which works perfectly if you don't overcook the pork. I just cut it into chunks and fry it up until just done, then add in at the last minute.

It's going to be one of three things - Sliders, slaw and maybe a potato salad. Ethiopian with Chicken, injeera, and ???, stuffing waffles with chicken gravy, or maybe Blaine's egg foo yung. We have to chase around and run to town so I have no idea yet.

We did a modification of that on Sunday with a pork tenderloin. It was absolutely delicious! Do serve it over the polenta. That worked really well with the dish.
Tonight we're having
Romaine with Spicy Chicken and Warm Chipotle Vinagrette. It should be tasty!

That salad DOES look good. Next time I'm at the printer upstairs I'm printed it out. I love "warm" salad dressings.
Well we don't have to go to that meeting tonight so Michael's having noodle soup and breadsticks and I'm having almond butter chicken.

Hmmm... Your Freudian slip is showing.
