What's on the menu for all today??

I'm going outside the box this a.m. - a mid-week champagne brunch! I have basil and caviar l/o from Allison's visit that has to be used, so we're giving these two dishes a try.

Swet Miso Corn Cakes with Basil-Parsley Pesto (using cashews instead of pine nuts -it's wonderful!!)
Sea Bass (will use the rest of the cod) with Caviar sauce

Wish Roy would hurry up and arise................

Sounds wonderful Jean.

I am making Cristina Ferrare's silky marinara sauce (I think the pat of butter is the silky part) to go over some beef ravioli bought from this fantastic Italian market. Tony bought them so I have no idea of they are ground beef or maybe a shredded beef texture???
