What's on the menu for everyone today?

I'm making a Pasta dish with Tuna from Zuni Cafe's cookbook. (tuna, lemon zest, capers, all tasty ingred. )
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Tonight I'm going to do the cod that I didn't do last week. Disappointed I had to freeze it because it was fresh cod not frozen, but oh well. Also rice pilaf and asparagus.

We're finally going to grill those short ribs that I've been sous vide-ing since Monday night. I hope we like them!

Hubby is cooking again tonight. I believe he's making Braised Pork Blade Steak and Rice w/a Mushroom Sauce (Campbell's soup )

We are waiting for a snow storm to hit today. We may be snowbound tomorrow.

Hopefully it won't be raining later. We were planning to grill some steaks and have baked potatoes and a tossed salad.

OK, sushi is off as we might be spending a fair amount of $$ this weekend at races.

So it's Maryann's birthday burritos except we aren't have any tortillas. LOL. Just going to make a big salad with all the ingredients.

IMPORTANT: I changed my post above to add the dates of aging the dough, which is 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Covered in plastic wrap.
