What's on the menu for everyone today?
I'm making a Pasta dish with Tuna from Zuni Cafe's cookbook. (tuna, lemon zest, capers, all tasty ingred.

Tonight I'm going to do the cod that I didn't do last week. Disappointed I had to freeze it because it was fresh cod not frozen, but oh well. Also rice pilaf and asparagus.

Hubby is cooking again tonight. I believe he's making Braised Pork Blade Steak and Rice w/a Mushroom Sauce (Campbell's soup

We are waiting for a snow storm to hit today. We may be snowbound tomorrow.

Hopefully it won't be raining later. We were planning to grill some steaks and have baked potatoes and a tossed salad.

OK, sushi is off as we might be spending a fair amount of $$ this weekend at races.
So it's Maryann's birthday burritos except we aren't have any tortillas. LOL. Just going to make a big salad with all the ingredients.

IMPORTANT: I changed my post above to add the dates of aging the dough, which is 3-4 days in the refrigerator. Covered in plastic wrap.
