What I posted on facebook - this is so good!

Oh what a wonderful dinner today! Zuni’s Pasta with Preserved Tuna. It had it all – Sweet, sour, salty, bitter – just the perfect dish. Now, I have to get the cookbook!

I made just half the recipe and didn't even use a 1/4 cup oil. But, remember olive oil has the healthy oil - weight-wise no, but health-wise yes.
