What is your best "go to" bread recipe? I have several from you guys, but I'm wondering what your favorite is these days. I want bread with dinner tomorrow. I'm prepared to mix up some 18 hour tonight if need be! Suddenly realized I now have the right sized pan to do it in!

That's my go to recipe, Daphne. You really can't beat it, and leftover, it's good toasted.

I concur. I use that recipe all the time because it's so flexible. You can add herbs, roasted garlic, butter the top and sprinkle a seed mix all over it. It's pretty darn perfect

And it's sitting on my counter as I type! It will accompany a Caprese Lasagna dish tomorrow and a Creamy Asiago Chicken recipe Thursday. Can't wait!
