It was really a tough choice of recipes to choose from, but I decided to keep it simple. From issue 106.

That does sound delicious! I'm in, too, but my review may be late...we'll be in Tahoe that week with very limited internet access.

I will make this for sure - maybe even next week. I got the new issue today and was a little underwhelmed but this is one of about 4 recipes that caught my eye.

The whole local sriacha fiasco has been in the news so much and I'm always glad to support a hard working bunch of people who the gubmint has tried to shut down. LOL.

This sounds great. Nice pick, Blane! We'll make this next week.

Trixxee, whatever happened with the sriracha factory? Last we heard, they did shut it down. Did that not happen? I was so worried that I immediately went to Asia foods and bought up several bottles.

No, they didn't shut it down. Well, it might have been shut down for a short time but it actually didn't have anything to do with the smell - something to do with the FDA. But that was quite a few months ago. I think they are up and running and trying to work everything out with the idiots at the city. Here's a fairly recent article.
