Not sure what book they are in off the top of my head (maybe sandwich book) but Blane chose them as a review dinner a couple of years ago. You use flour tortillas instead of toast, and you use salsa, guac, etc. as some of the condiments. I also think you put refried beans on one of the tortillas.

I'll have to check that out, Trixxee.
I was going to cook, but I just looked in the fridge at all the leftovers from the weekend and decided that would be wasteful. So leftovers it is.

Here's a link to the
Mexican Club Sandwiches. They sound tasty!
Tonight we're trying
Argentine Spice-Rubbed Flank Steak with Salsa Criolla. It's a new recipe for us, but the reviews were stellar, so I'm looking forward to it. I'll serve it with some potato salad and marinated vegetables that we have leftover from the 4th.

Thanks Karyn!
Don't know what was wrong with the pizza dough (it was my cheap & dirty Sourdough from Pizza, Pizza, Pizza) - maybe in the freezer too long. Turned out to be a cracker crust, which Roy dearly loved!
