Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken/Sage Pesto
  Re: (...)
This from issue 99 and may have been reviewd ( I am search engine challenged ).
Delicious, we did it with stacked chicken tenders stuffed with the pesto and tied. We have so much sage we made an abundance of pesto and froze it. Great meal, we served with fresh summer corn. Give it a try!

I remember making something with all these flavors, but not with sage as a pesto...I don't think? Thanks for the review, Bill! I'll check it out!

ETA: I just did a search, and I've decided I'm thinking of the Prosciutto Wrapped Tilapia recipe.
Keep your mind wide open.

Well, you sent me searching, Bill. I know I made Sage Pesto a number of years ago and we loved it, but can't find any trace of it on my computer or here. darn. But, then I don't have any sage growing now, anyway.

The dish sounds delicious, tho.
