What's on the menu for everyone today??

Laura sent us home with a jar of her yellow heirloom salsa, so I'm going to slow-cook some short ribs in it and do some tacos or something.

Yesterday for lunch, I used a jar of her yellow heirloom marinara sauce with pasta and l/o beef from Roy's sandwich. The sauce had a great flavor.

I am making bacon wrapped jalapeno popper chicken. A butter lettuce salad and either yellow rice or baked potatoes on the side. Since I'll already have the oven on (crazy me in this heat) I'll probably just throw some taters in.

Bob & Jeff have gone to get pizza. I'm not sure how I'm going to do this (no gluten and no dairy) but we had to say goodbye to 2 adored and much loved workcampers today - a tough afternoon (with cocktails involved for some of us). Kinda screwed up my dinner plans
You only live once . . . but if you do it right once should be enough!
