What's on the menu for everyone today??

We're headed back to K.C. today and might even make it to K.C., Kansas, also. I'm going to stop back by The Local Pig and pick up some more 'cut ends sausage' - we had them last night and the flavor is just great!! (believe it or not, I slathered some of the pesto on the 'dog' and what a great flavor!

Also, found a Trader Joe's location in K.C. and we're out of champagne.

We're doing spaghetti squash with pork sauce and that arugula salad with shallot vinaigrette.

Tony is heading to Costco to see if they have any nice fresh salmon and asparagus. If that doesn't pan out, not sure what to do. I pretty much have my heart set on that.

Maybe a pine nut couscous side dish?

I'm grilling a couple of filets with BĂ©arnaise sauce, a pineapple skewer and asparagus. I really need to get salmon back in the rotation.

I want to eat at Blane's house!

Since that's impossible without a time machine, I'll make do with Taco Salad.

Labs, what was the filling in your arepas?

We had pizza-on-the-grill. Very simple, dough brushed with garlic oil, added sharp provolone and mozzarella, piled on the almost-last of the red and yellow tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil. Really good!

We had grilled salmon (honey and lime glaze) with brown butter beans.
