5 years - It doesn't seem possible, but then again, it seems like ages since he was such an integral part of our lives.

Hard to believe.
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?

It really is hard to believe that it's been 5 years. Isn't it amazing how much Billy touched all of our lives? I hope he knows and is smiling from ear to ear.

I still make his recipe for Chicken with Ginger and his Chicken and Dumplings from time to time.

We still miss him so much! It's hard to realize that it's been 5 years! He was a treasure!

Derek and I still talk about him and how much we would have loved having him here hanging out with us.

That year was so bitter sweet for us. It was the year we got to meet so many from here, we made our decision to move here, and then lost someone we knew we loved.

I was just thinking about that white pepper and lemon pound cake. Time to make that again.

That was a tough year all around. Bob got laid off, my Mom passed away just weeks before Billy . . . and we were pulling up stakes and heading to North Dakota. He and Mom are in my thoughts every day!

I still can't believe it. And to think it's been five years!
